Damaged or faulty goods
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 – these acts set out the law to protect your rights as a consumer. TopCatch adhere to good practice as set out by these acts.
When you receive product that is either faulty or damaged, we will at our discretion either;
- Repair the product
- Replace them with new product
- Or in some cases offer a refund
How to return damaged or faulty goods
When you return a product to our dispatch store, it is the consumers cost to return items in all instances.
To make a return, please contact us first at the details listed at the top of this page. From there we can check our records and give you further instruction. Please note that all returns must come with their original packaging and you must be able to provide the appropriate proof of purchase.
